Our Capabilities

Design: Our engineers work with you through every step of the process to make sure we make what you want, how you want it. Whether you’ve got a rough description or a detailed schematic, we’ll help you flesh your idea out and bring it to life.

In-house Mold Manufacturing: We make and maintain our molds on site. That means shorter lead times, lower costs, and less downtime.

Production: We have seven rotational molding machines and two large CNC machines working 24 hours a day throughout the work week. We can manufacture precisely crafted parts up to 14 feet long, 4 feet wide, and 600 lbs. This gives us the flexibility and capacity to make what you need in a time frame that fits your schedule.

Finishing: Once your product is made, we add the details to make it even better. Our finishing options include:

• Molded-in Inserts: For machine parts, casting, or support bars.
• Graphic Application: Mold a logo, instructions, or warning label directly onto your product. The decal is permanently molded into the product itself, giving the image the same wear and UV properties as the rest of the product. Adhesive post-mold graphics are also available.
• Spin Welding: Eliminate the need for gaskets and produce a leak-free fitting.
• Foaming: Add foam to your product for floatation, insulation, or sound-proofing purposes.
• Assembly: If your product is more than one piece we’ll build it so you don’t have to.
• Testing/Quality Control: We test everything we make before we ship it out to ensure it meets our high standards for build quality and durability.
• Packing, Shipping, and Storage: Save time and money by letting us handle it. We can package, palletize, and store your product until you need it.
